The connected Therapist

Helping Therapists Thrive

Hi! I’m Jen.

I’m a therapist with 15+ years of experience, and I’m passionate about helping other therapists thrive.

Before becoming a therapist, I was a teacher (with a background in education), and that love of teaching has shaped how I support others. Over the years, I’ve continually evolved my own practice to fit my changing needs—from when my kids were little to now as they’re getting bigger. I know what it’s like to need your practice to flex and grow with you.

I also know what it’s like to navigate the business side of private practice—the uncertainty about fees, the worry about filling your calendar, the isolation of figuring it all out alone. I’ve been there. And I’ve helped therapists move from stressed and inconsistent to confident and sustainable by creating practices that reflect both their current needs and the vision they have for the future.

Today, I lead consultation groups for therapists and offer courses designed to help you attract ideal clients, set fees with confidence, and build a practice that supports the life you want. My approach is grounded in neuroscience-informed therapy, real-world experience, and a deep belief in the power of connection and community.

You don’t have to figure this out alone. I’m here to help you build a practice that evolves with you.

Our Mission & Vision

I am passionate About Serving Therapists

It is my mission to empower therapists to carve out consistent space for learning, personal growth, self-care and meaningful connections with other mental health professionals in order to build authentic and sustainable practices (and lives) that reflect their values and strengths.

Through accessible resources and supportive connections, The Connected Therapist is dedicated to nurturing the whole person behind the therapist, offering space, skills, relationships, and tools to prevent burnout and sustain well-being, making it easier for therapists to thrive while serving others.

The Vision

To cultivate communities where therapists feel supported, inspired, and empowered to thrive as both professionals and individuals, fostering a ripple effect of well-being in the lives they touch.

The Mission

Empower therapists to create sustainable, values-driven practices by helping them deepen their skills, prevent burnout, and nurture their whole selves, enabling them to serve others with greater authenticity and resilience.

Our Value

We value connection, growth, sustainability, support, and authenticity, creating a space where therapists can thrive personally and professionally while staying true to their humanity and values.
